Employment and the Workplace
- Equal Employment Opportunity/Nondiscrimination

- Hours of Labour
These regulations provide for the development and use of Labour Conditions documents and Fair Wage Schedules for federal construction projects.
- Coercion and Harassment
Harassment on the basis of any protected characteristic is strictly prohibited. Under this policy, harassment is verbal or physical conduct denigrates or shows hostility or aversion toward an individual r characteristic protected by law or that of his relatives, friends or associates
- Compensation
All employees on an equal basis without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, age, disability or veteran status. The compensation program is administered in accordance with Federal Wage and Hour Laws, and other applicable governmental guidelines.

- Sensitive Transactions
Company policy prohibits any Director, employee or agent from making any payment or engaging in any transaction that is prohibited by the FCPA.
- Commercial Bribery
This policy does not prohibit expenditures of reasonable amounts for meals and entertainment of suppliers and customers which are an ordinary and customary business expense
- Accounting Controls, Procedures and Records
To ensure the continued dissemination and communication of the Code of Business Conduct, the Executive Committee shall take, or cause to be taken, reasonable steps to communicate effectively the standards and procedures included in the Code of Business Conduct to employees and agents of the Company
- Use and Disclosure of Inside Information

- Confidential or Proprietary Information
Every individual who conducts business for or on behalf of Amgen, at every Amgen site worldwide, is required to follow all laws and Amgen policies applicable to him or her, and should exert due diligence in preventing and detecting violations of such laws and policies
- Conflicts of Interest
This Conflicts of Interest Policy applies to all officers and employees of Broadcom and its subsidiaries, wherever they are located and whether they work for Broadcom on a full or part-time basis, as well as to all members of our Board of Directors.
- Fraud and Similar Irregularities
Identification or allegations of acts outside the scope of this policy, such as personal improprieties or irregularities, safety or work environment related, or complaints should be resolved by the respective area management in conjunction with Human Resources and/or reference
Monitoring and Compliance
Monitoring and Audit Section is to develop and clarify policies and procedures; monitor for compliance, continuous improvement and appropriate use of funds, and manage the dispute resolution processes.
